how to install engineered wood floor with glue

I just bought some engineered wood flooring to install in my dining room. I took up carpet and have concrete slab. I filled the holes and am ready to begin laying the wood planks. I bought this "cash and carry" and it did not come with any directions. I have some floor adhesive i got from home improvement store. This will be glued directly to concrete. I have installed parquet before but that was squares???? Where do I start with the planks? Also, any suggestions as this will be my first try with this type of material..

thanks

Engineered wood floor installation

Different engineered wood manufacturers tend to have their own specific instructions regarding subfloor prep, adhesives, and installation. Is there a manufacturer's name on the box? Can the dealer who sold you this product provide you with the manufacturer and/or installation instructions?

What kind of adhesive did you buy? Is it a polyurethane?
