Molding On Rounded Corners

I am having difficulty installing quarter round moldings around a 1 1/4" radius corner baseboard (90 degrees). I used a miter saw to create 22.5 degree cuts and it is not perfect. I simply cannot get exact cuts to go around the bull nose corners. I looked into flexible trims but I'm unsure of their achievable bend radius. Is there a corner molding I can use for this application? If not, what can I do?

You can buy a paint grade formed molding for radiused corners or do what you are doing with 22.5 cuts. Fill the triangular gaps at the top with with a color match acrylic paste or caulk. The caulk is available from the larger laminate companies to match their products or a generic match is available from Color-Rite in Yukon, OK and most hardwood flooring dealers.
