3 Season Porch Floor

I have a 3 season porch that is totally enclosed on all sides. The floor is constructed using pressure treated 2x6s sitting on the joists as an oridanry deck would be and is open to the ground below in between the deck floor boards. There is no temperature control and I live in Massachusetts.

Removing the existing deck floor is not an option since it is integral to 3 of porch's walls.

Is installing a subfloor on top of existing decking and then tile or a laminate an option for me?

Thanks
Scott

you could use an impervious tile or porcelain, put down 3/8 ply wood then 1/4 inch durock or if you have the heigth you can use 1/2 durock[better]mix the thin set with liquid latex as well as the grout and you will be fine.no wood will work in this setting it is destined to fail
