Laminated Flooring stair installation

I've installed laminated flooring throughout my rooms in a bi-level.
I was wondering how I could install laminated (floating) flooring on my stairs. I have nine steps, typical bi-level. What can I do to make the laminate install on the stairs, do I glue, nail, or what. How would I do the horizontals and verticals on the stairs?? Also inner sides. ( Completely cover with laminate flooring).

Glue the laminate to the treads and trap the risers with the treads and a molding at the bottom and stair nose at the top. Laminate on stairs should not float.

Tinting Polyurethane

Is there a way to tint polyurethane? I have a coat of clear MinWax oil based poly on an old floor that I've been told is Southern Yellow Pine. It looks far too dark and red-orange for my taste. I thought of mixing some white oil paint with the clear poly for the next coat. Will it work?

Hi Have 40 year old Asbestos tile (vinyl we Believe) that we would like to place Solid red oak flooring over (something like Bruce natural reflections)... The tile is in pretty good shape -can we just glue down the Hw flooring on top of it or should we try a different approach.. Any help appreciated..
