Floor prep of concrete slab

I've been prepping my flloor to lay down Wilsonart duolink with the 2in1 padding. My subfloor is a concrete slab.

I've been filling in low spots and chiseling out high spots.. but there are a couple patches that I've been unsuccessful with chiseling.

There are a couple of patches of ROUGH raised concrete about 1/8 to 3/16 inch high. One of them I put floor leveling and leveled it out about a foot or two around it.

maybe 2 or 3 spots about 6"x6" about 1/8 inch high. If I leave those alone am I going to run into problems? what problems am I going to run into?

thanks in advance

Go down to your local home depot or other rental store and rent a little electric jackhammer. They operate off 110 and do the job quickly and easily.
