How to cut existing subfloor flush with walls?

I have an uneven subfloor, and it has crowns. It was suggested by user Lefty that I completely remove the subfloor and install 3/4" plywood as the new subfloor. I'm liking that idea, however I'm concerned about how I might pull it off.

What tools & techniques can I use to cut the subfloor flush with the existing wall? I have a circular saw and a reciprocating saw but I'm not sure I can get them to make a flush cut.

You can use a towkick saw which will leave a 1/4"left and at the corners you chisel out.If you can't get the saw try the sawzaw but it tends to bend the blade.

Thanks, I haven't heard of a towkick saw before. I'll check it out.

Go here, and click on specialty saws, then scroll down to toe kick saw. The first saw pictured is an undercut saw.
