Arrow Leveling high-spots on OSB subfloor>

I neglected to properly check for level-ness in the MBR where I started putting down laminate. Now 2 rows squeak & have two or three boards with visible gaps...

I have three other large rooms to do also but I know I have areas to level... What is the best way to take down the floor where joints come together? Alll my problems seem to be where the T&G osb comes together. I thought about sanding but nails are in this area... ideas? time to cough up the $3k labour to get it done?

Thanks.

Have it professionally done and the responsibility shifts to the contractor.

Rent a machine and sand it your self and save a big part of the $3000.
