Paint on wood floors
I am planning to attempt my first floor refinishing job this weekend. I have a 10x12 room with oak floors, that the previous owners decided would make an excellent drop cloth, as they painted the room multiple times. It looks to be water based paint, so my question is, do I sand it all down with a rough grit first, or do I try to use something to remove the paint first? I appreciate any feedback!
