I'm done w/ the laminate flooring!!!
Just wanted to let you know that my project is done and thank everyone for their questions and answers which proved to be very helpful.
Oh, my aching back.
Area: 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, hallway and 3 small closets (~900sf)
Time: Around 7 days.
Now that I've done it, here are some tips to fellow DIYers:
1. Size of the rooms doesn't matter.
What I mean is that a "small" room takes as much time as the "large" room.
Majority of the time is spent in cutting and tracing out the pattern on the boards to fit around the corners and edges.
2. When trying to fit the piece underneath the door jam, use a paper to get the pattern. Then transcribe the pattern onto the board.

one thing though, there is no need to trace on the door jambs. Just undercut the jambs and slide it under.
I would hope that is what you did.

Well, I still need to keep my fingers cross till next summer.
Need to see how the floor holds up to the summer's humidity.
I traced it out to maintain the 1/4" gap. At first I just slid it under, but realized that the board would touch the door frame.
I was afraid to undercut "all the way" thru the door jamb so I undercut it about 1/2"...
