Tiny Gaps between floor and wall

I have a 1927 home......and there exists tiny gaps along the wall and floor... the original floors are oak w/ mahogany inlays...and at one point I used corner round to hide the gap...but is there anything else I can do..

Typically there is a 3/4" expansion gap around perimeter of room. Baseboard and quarter round or shoe molding thick are used to cover this gap.
