Individual strips hard wood parquet installation tips
I have purchased some individual 3/8 "X 1/2"X 6" hard wood parquet flooring with a thin mesh holding the individual pieces together in a 18 x 18 square--have any one worked with this stuff and how is it to work with??#!!--What about using it to do sides and end caps on enclosed staircases? Any information on this type of flooring would be appreciated--it is red oak. thanks, Mary :

Your going to need a band saw or a deep throat scroll saw to cut them.
Gluedown only.
If you find the right thickness of stairnosing, you'll be good to go. The place you bought the flooring should have all the accesories. If not, you bought it from the wrong place!!!!
