Need Suggestions Quick!

Hi, first, I am new to this forum and think it is a great!
Second, I have a major problem....
I live in a very old house (C.1780) and am refinnishing my livingroom floor. The floor is only about 100 years old. I sanded it, buffed it and started to stain it when my four year old took the can of stain and poured the stain on the unfinnished floor. The stain is by Minwax and it is #230, Early American. The problem is the stain in right in the middle of the floor and is VERY dark. It is dried. What can I do to lighten this stain so it will match the rest of the floor? I thought about using wood bleach, but wanted to know if there was anything else that is less evasive that I could use? Thanks in advance for your replies.
