I would try lumberliquidators.com or beaverhome.com they seem to be reputable? They have good pricing. Hope this helps.

Ann, If the samples that I got frm Beaver Floors are any indication of their milling quality you should look elsewhere.

hi did you ever think of looking into an Amish floor mill. Excellent quality great prices. What state are you in? I am in Michigan and know of a few.

Solid Hardwood, Engineered and Laminate Flooring
Removing/re-using hardwood floor

My mother-in-law's 50 year old house has hardwood floors in all but kitchen and bathroom. The floors have been covered with carpet over 30 years. Mother-in-law now in assisted living, house in very rural area, realtor says hardwood floor adds no value in that market. Wife and I want hardwood in our house. Any advantage to removing/reinstalling from mother's house, or better for us to buy new?

are self-adhesive hardwood strips ok or junk?

I've noticed an EZ-strip product in the stores recently. It's cheap, which is good, because we cannot afford the real thing. These planks have a self adhesive glue on the back. You just peel off and stick down. Please give me an unbias opinion, is this a junk product. (Remember, I'm not looking for an expensive floor). Thanks in advance Daryl
