Question Concrete Prep for Glue Down Installation

I am preparing to install engineered hardwood in my ground level condo. I removed all of the existing vinyl tile (it was loose in spots) and used mineral spirits to remove the remaining adhesive. The concrete subfloor is smooth and not sticky. I wanted to apply either the StrateStuff or Bostiks MVP moisture barrier to avoid future moisture problems with my BR-111 5/16" engineered hardwood installation. The concrete is dry now, but I'm worried about potential future issues.

Here's my problem, I watched the Bostiks MVP instructional video online and read the StrateStuff directions and they both require the concrete to be porous enough to absorb water within 30-60 seconds. I pour drops of water on my concrete and it just sits there for several hours so it won't absorb the sealant. Does this mean my floor is already sealed and I can apply the adhesive directly to the surface? Or do I need to do additional preparation to the concrete and use the moisture barrier product?

Please help! I want to try and get my flooring in before the end of the year and this is my last major problem.

I would be contacting Bostik's technical dept. and get there input for that kind of problem. You want it in writing too.
