hosking hardwood

Does anyone have an opinion on hoskinghardwood.com? So far they have the best price on the engineered product I'm interested in. Or are there other online companies you would highly recommend? Thanks

I have yet to read a negative comment about Jeff Hosking's company. They have been around since the beginning.

I have no relationship with this company, but I have installed jobs where the clients purchased the flooring from them.

A few of my clients have purchased from there, without any problems.

Another source I would consider is hardwoodinstaller.com.

Buying flooring is a big ticket item and Ken Fisher along with Jeff Hosking both know their products pretty good and can help guide you in whatever may suit your needs.

Agreed, both places mentioned are respectable.

Has anyone heard about fastfloors.com? The headquarters is in Florida and they have a price-matching ad. They have a price for Kahrs Maple Stockholm that is about the same as Hosking hardwood.

Thanks,
Bob D.

I've had clients hit and miss with fastfloors, especially if there was any problems with the order. They may have fixed the customer service problems, since the last one from them I have done.(a year ago)

"They have a price for Kahrs Maple Stockholm that is about the same.."

All I have to say is....why choose another place when the first one is offering the better price That's not to say price is always the answer. Take a good hard look at some of those price matching gimmicks. I saw one not long ago that mentioned no returns on price matched products.
