Question Store with a better delivery partner?

I ordered some floors from a flooring company late last year. I was so excited when i finally got them and i wanted to install them alerady, but most of the planks were really damaged. Turns out, the handlers did a really bad job of bringing the floors to me, although they also blame the warehouse where the planks came from. Is there any store out there where this doesn't happen?

Damage can occur in shipping and handling, even from the best manufacturers. It is best to inspect flooring upon receipt and deal with damage at that time.

This is one of the biggest reasons I don't shop by mail. A local store would have handled this issue for you.
