older hard wood floor repair
I will be moveing into a rental house in a few week in which the hard wood floors are badly stained and very dirty, can anyone recomend a very good cleaner and ploisher as we will not have time ot money to refinish the floors.

first you will need to determine the type of finish on your floors - wax or polyurethane. then use the appropriate products. go to www.nofma.org for information on caring for & cleaning wood floors.
