How do I use spacers with baseboards in place?

I removed my old carpet, and then removed the pads (thanks for the advice guys!). I was left with plywood covering the floor. I thought I was ready to install the ffloors, but then I realized something. How do I put in spacers along the walls if the baseboards are in the way?

Am I supposed to remove the baseboards and put htem back up?
How does this work exactly?
Thanks!

Wink

Cant see the job so out of the box here. Id put the spacers In front of the baseboards after the floor is done pull them and add a 1/2" or 3/4" 1/4 round on the baseboard to cover the gap. better than pulling all the baseboard.
