Laminate in trailer
Someone told me you can't put laminate in a mobile home. How big is the risk it will come loose?
Carpet gets dirty very quickly so that's why i want something that can be cleaned easy. Is vinyl a better option?

Depends on how the home is built. I'd say for any modern mobile home, you're safe as is for laminate, tile or granite would need reenforcement to support the weight.
You need to know:
How far apart are the floor joists?
What size are they?
What is the longest unsupported span in the area you want to install the flooring?
What is the sub-floor made of and how thick is it?
With that information, calculations can be made based on industry standards for the support of various flooring materials.
