vinyl laminate flooring

Has anyone used, or does anyone have knowledge of
Koneckto flooring? I want to floor a 15x40 living/dining room.
This product is supposed to be easier to use than standard
laminate.

Solid Hardwood, Engineered and Laminate Flooring
Border and float the floor..possible?

Hi all: Happy Halloween. I am planning to install an engineered wood floor on concrete on-grade level. I have read much and many pros say that floating the floor is easier than gluing for many reasons. I am fine with floating it, but I want to have a border around the room. Is it possible to do this with a floating floor or am I just going to have to glue the floor? BTW, thanks to all who have contributed to this board. I've learned much!

I just removed carpet in an old rental and found serious urine stains (smell and blackish rings) on the hardwood floor. I ran my sander over it with 36g – 80g. I then tried bleach 50% strength, than a second time with 100% and a scrub brush. Re-sanded and the stain is still there. I only have 3/8“ surface to work with. If I can’t remove the stains, is it possible to hide with a dark floor stain? The new owner wanted a red oak stain color, but it shows the urine stain big time.:wall:
