vapor barrier?

I'm a electrician by trade, but I'm doing a remodel in my home.

I'm starting to install 3/4" un-finished Oak flooring and I'm wondering about a vapor barrier, or if I need one.

My existing floor has a 1/2" plywood sub-floor under a 3/4" type BC (tongue and groove) plywood top layer.

I stained and coated this BC plywood with polyurethane several years ago and have been using it for my finished floor (lack of $).

Now, I'm ready to install the Oak.
Since I've alredy got a sealed floor, do I need to add a vapor barrier?
I think not, because the plywood floor is already sealed.

Looking for opinions from the Pros.

I take it this is a nail down floor?

If so, yes, install a moisture barrier. A 15lb roofing paper will work good.
