Enginerred wood over ceramic

I want to put about 2000sf of engineered wood over ceramic tile. There are several areas where the tile meet and one pice of tile is higher than the other three - bust out area and fill with some type of leverler?

What do I need to do about the grout lines (shallow groves). I would like to use some type of underlayment that would bridge the grout groves if possible? Any suggestions.

I would be installing a floating floor.

I just put down some engineered wood over a solid tile floor... but opted for glue down rather than floating (I hate floating floors)... Came out beautifully!!
