Laminate Flooring Transitions

I need to purchase reducer, end cap and T-mouldings for a laminate floor I will be laying down. The flooring I purchased was clearance and they didn't have any matching transition pieces at the time. My floor is 12mm thick and I was curious if the transition pieces are made for flooring for 8mm-12mm range, or if I specifically need to buy transition pieces for a 12mm floor. I don't want to buy some and find out they won't work. For example, the T-moulding will have to be at least >12mm thick so I can install the track and the T-moulding ab be sure it will be thick enough for the 12mm floor. In other words are all transition pieces made to work on at least 12mm thick laminate flooring. Thanks.

As far as I know the transition pieces are the same regardless of the board thickness. What is different is the track that the transition moldings snap into. Here is an example of the thicker track:
