Expansion gap for Swiftlock Laminate

Hello, my question is this...The paperwork that came with boxes of flooring says to maintain a 3/8" expansion gap, website says to maintain 1/4" expansion gap.

What if due to my inability to measure correctly and cut straight lines some of the pieces are 1/4" gap and some may be closer to 3/8" gap? There is at least a 1/4" gap between all end/side boards.

Will this cause any problems after I put down the quarter round? I guess I should have asked this earlier as I'm almost done with install and I realllly don't want to have to pull up floor and recut boards. Please help! Thanks

Follow the instructions that came with the boxes. You should be fine either way.
