Replacing slats in middle of floor

Replacing slats in middle of floor

I was wondering how you would do this, as everything is locked in with tongue and groove.

Are we working with hardwood, engineered wood or laminate flooring??

Usually disassembleing the floor and replace the plank and reassemble.

You can cut the board out, modify the T&G and glue the modified T&G in.
