Question My house has all hardwood flooring in it.

My house I'm living in now was built in anywhere from the 1930's-1960's. It has hard wood floor throughout it completely. Two rooms have been refinished, but the others have not due to water damage and other types of damage over the years. How hard would it be to redo the original hard wood or would it be easier to take it out put down ply wood and put the new laminate hard wood over it?

i would do some sanding on the bad spots, to see just how bad they are. you may get lucky.

If you can save the wood i would try. Either call in a pro for an opinion or try sanding yourself and see what happens. Save the wood!!!
