not sure what the problem is?

we built a new home 2yrs ago, we decided against any carpet ,its a big house ,big rooms and VERY noisy !
Could this be because we used hardwood ,laminated, an some duro ceramic floors ? what else could be causing this ? what can we do ?

What do you mean noisy?

If you mean echo when you talk, you should lay down throw rugs, and put up drapery.

Let us know what you mean.

What is hanging on the walls and are there limited furnishings??

Wall art and hangings, drapery, furnishings and rugs, all effect the echo effect.
