Exclamation Help me!! Laminate over concrete near patio door

Ok so I am installing laminate over concrete. Easy enough right. My only problem is that it is also near the patio door. The flooring will run at a 90 degree angle to the door. I am having trouble deciding on what to do as far as the threshold is concerned. I really don't want to go through the trouble of drilling into the concrete and all that. So I was thinkin of just gluing some quarter round to the floor and base of the frame of the patio door. Does anyone have any ideas that may work better. Any help is appreciated.

Most laminate manufacturer's make a "baby threshold/carpet reducer/end mold" which is a square edge transition piece that will butt up to the sliding door frame and lip back over the laminate, allowing for expansion space while hiding the edge of the laminate. They can be glued to the slab with construction adhesive. IF they don't offer an end mold, a t-mold will accomplish the same thing by ripping off one side of the t and butting it up to the slider.
