Question Concrete Floor Sealant

I have been doing some research for my uncle on what type of sealant to use. A steel framed building is currently being built on an existing slab. The building will be used for boat storage and some partitions may be added for bathrooms.

It looks like an epoxy or polyurethane sealant is what we will be using. Which would you recommend? Which would be better for what we are using the slab for?

I am not sure if this is the correct sub forum. Please move thread if this is not in the correct location.
