Installing used laminate with broken tongues

Ok, so I got a great deal on some used wood laminate. Got working with it and found about 200 square feet of the boards have a ripped tongue. This keeps the flooring from locking down tight, and leaves a ridge where the two pieces meet. I have tried varius glueing methods to get the tongue back down, but it doesn't want to go back in place. Does anybody have any ideas on making this flooring useable?

thanks

Not all "good" deals are, and sometimes we learn. There is nothing you can do to make it work, sorry.
