Curved Transition From Laminate To Carpet

Part my living room needs a new floor. I've installed Pergo-style laminate wood flooring before with no trouble, but in this case the transition is an issue: the edge where carpet and wood meet is curved. Here is where the entryway tile and living room carpet meet:

As you can see from this rendering, I need a similar transition between carpet and laminate wood floor:

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I'm not a big fan of the carpeted area in your rendering, especially when used underneath your dining table. The area is tiny compared to the wood flooring area and there not much carpeted space in the narrow area between the wood floor and the flooring tiles. This is just my personal preference, but I think it would look much better and be more functional if you eliminated the carpet entirely and made a straight transition between the tile and the laminate wood flooring. If you must use a fabric under the dining table, I think choosing a patterned area rug would be a good design choice and could be kept clean much more easily as well as swapped out for a different look when desired.
