How to flatten plywood subflooring for laminate?

Hello,
I have installed laminate flooring in 2 bedrooms upstairs without really any issues with uneven plywood subfloors. When I started in the hallway I have laid 5 rows and have noticed a lot of "play" under the laminate. What is the best and easiest way to flatten out the plywood subfloor to the laminate lays nicely on top? Thanks so much for your help.
Tim

Welcome to the forums! How is the plywood attached to the subflooring? Screws, nails, how close? Are the plys coming apart? How thick plywood is it?

The plywood is screwed in and is 5/8" thick. It is not coming apart, just not flat.
