levelling compound over encapsulant?

Hi there, first off, I'm getting alot of useful information from the forum, thank you! I'm planning on installing a floating hardwood floor over my concrete slab. First I'm having some old asbestos tiles removed, by a professional. I have a choice whether to leave the mastic, which also contains asbestos, and encapsulate it in a type of sealer (fiberlock pm), or have it removed. Encapsulating is significantly cheaper. The floor feels pretty flat, but I don't know how flat the slab is going to be (right now it's covered by carpet/pad which is on top of the tiles) and I want to be able to level out any areas if they are low or high. Can a leveler be used on top of the encapsulant material? Wondering if I should spend the extra money to have the mastic removed. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I have the Same question 4 years later. How did you resolve this issue?
Thanks!
