Dome Shelter Flooring Help Needed!

I'm trying to make a permanent (for about 10 years) house out of this:

It's a lightweight and portable (breaks down to fit on a pallet) 20 foot (dimater) 12 foot (max height in center) dome shelter, walls are made out of fiberglass and stacked like fish scales so rain isn't a problem, they use it in disaster relief areas like haiti. The problem is in order to get a waterproof floor, they usually mount it up high on a deck or concrete slab and then make a wood floor foundation - but I need it to be completely portable - be able to take it with me on a trailer.

So, what would be the most cost effective and efficient way to 'waterproof' the flooring of this thing? I'm pretty sure I'll have to use some kind of roll out floor/extremely tough ground tarp combination, but then wherever I tape it could be a water entry location, right?

Any help or suggestions welcome.

Assuming an open top trailer with a tarp couldn't the sides of the trailer fold down to parallel with the floor of the trailer. Say a 4 foot wide by 8 foot long trailer with 4 foot high sides and tail gate. When the sides and tailgate were folded out you would have a 12'X12'base.

well the diameter of the circular dome structure is 20', so in all directions it's 20 foot.

but anyway, if it rained I still have the problem that water could get inside right?
