Floor delaminating at joints

Is there a repair for laminated flooring that begins to delaminate at the joints between boards? The floor is a floating laminate approx. 12 yrs. old that has just started delaminating (laminate surface is rising) at a few joints. Most likely cause is pet accidents that seeped into joints. Any suggestions on how to repair or replace a limited number of boards in the center of the room will be appreciated.

welcome to the forums! Short answer, nope. Laminates "delaminate" when wet, so I'd be planning on a new floor in the future.
