New-ish build (order of operations) - Put up drywall or Stain concrete floors

This doesn't have much to do with wood floors, but I was wondering...
If I have concrete floors and framing up, but no drywall, which do I do first? Put up the drywall or stain the concrete floors?

PS - Sorry for posting this in the "Solid Hardwood, Engineered, and Laminate Flooring" forum. There actually isn't a concrete flooring section, and this forum seemed reasonable.

The longer you wait to stain and seal the floors, the less likely it is to get damaged during construction although it might require more cleaning.

so like any other floor installation

OK, I didn't know though if stained concrete was any different in terms of what order you do stuff, i.e., drywall first or stain the floors first.
