Transition piece connecting Laminate to Ceramic Tile

Does anyone know what type molding is used to connect laminate to ceramic tile. The tile is about 1/4" higher than the laminate. It's not in a door way, but rather an opening approx. 4 feet long between the kitchen and the den. I've looked at Lowes and they have something called "4 in 1" by Simple Solutions, but I'm not sure if that's what I need. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums! Yes the 4n1 threshold system can be adapted for several height differences, or flat to flat. Just read the instructions and assemble what you need, secure the metal plate on the subflooring, and press it in place. You only get one shot, so make it count.
