Oak Hardwod panels

I have acquired a pallet of 3/4 x 3" unstained oak flooring panels and would like to install them in a 12' x 12' bedroom. Can anyone recommend a site for DIY floor installs. I have never installed hardwood flooring, not even sure it can be glued to concrete. Just looking for some guideance. Thanks

Sometimes free or cheap isn't. I would not install hardwood directly on concrete. Have you done a moisture check on the concrete floor? Tape down a piece of 3'x3' clear plastic on the bare floor and leave it for a day or so. If you see condensation on the plastic, then you can't put down anything that would be affected by moisture.....wood is one. You say "panels", and that is confusing. Is it sticks of hardwood for nail/staple down installation, 3" wide and in random lengths?
