Which Flooring Nailer

I have about 800 sq. feet of pine and oak flooring to be laid. I am trying to purchase a floor nailer that is inexpensive but will do the job.

Both of these nailers get pretty good reviews, but I'm torn which to buy:

Harbor Freight:

Central Pneumatic #97586 2 in 1 on sale $99.99
Flooring Nailer -- 2-in-1 Flooring Nailer & Flooring Stapler

Amazon:

NuMax-SFL618BR for $121.99
Amazon.com: NuMax SFL618BR 3-in-1 Pneumatic Flooring Stapler/Nailer with White Rubber Mallet: Home Improvement

Help Please??

Either would probably do the job just fine. I have three of similar quality and they perform just as well as the Bostitch ($479) I used to rent. The only problem I have had is I loaded one with 14 gauge staples rather than 14.5 gauge, and I had one turn back and destroy a piston washer one time. I am not sure if that was the problem or not, but I have switched to "L" cleats and the jobs just zip along and I don't have any misfires. I think the last one I bought (emergency replacement to the broken one) I bought from HD. It is a Freeman brand and I got it for about $160.
