Is there a way to repair huge gaps in a hardwood floor?

We have clients in Marstons Mills with a random width wood floor and the filler is crumbling and coming out. The floor is only two years old, but was obviously installed improperly. Is there any good way to repair it?

I would say fill it with wood filler and then get a matching touch up paint after sanding well. But beware mine is a non expert opinion.

Welcome to the forums! Is this a laminate floor? Engineered floor? Full 3/4 hardwood? Why are there gaps in the first place? Step back and take an overall pix of a larger area. The close ups tell a lot, but we need to see more.
