bubbles on Polyurethane finish

I hope someone can help me with this situation. My floor has bubbles all over the place after I applied the second finish coat. Over the weekend I sanded down my floor and applied two coats of Miniwax Polyurethane oil-based finish so far. I used lamb-wool applicator and do the coats as instruction says. Is there possible mistake I made? thanks a million. Harry

Though I am no finishing expert, I do know some basics and would venture to guess the bubbles formed due to the climate conditions of the area. High humidity or rainy conditions can cause this. Perhaps others can assist

Stir the poly do not shake the can--bubbles in poly are a b---- to remove once dry--also I always use a quality brush---much more control than the applicators.

Removing Parquet from slab?

I will need to remove parquet tiles from cement slab in the next week or two? Any advice, required tools, tips, or tricks would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Mike

paint on hardwood floor

Our new home has oak flooring in the bedroom that's in great shape except for paint splatters on much of its surface from the previous owners. I'm considering just stripping the old finish, repairing the few minor scratches, and then putting on a new finish. I'd hate to go through the whole sanding thing when it doesn't look like it needs it. Would stripper do the job, and would it also remove the pain blotches? Does this sound like a good plan?
