Repairing older wooden floors

The wood flooring in my house has some damage from termites that leave these gouges, a few of the spots are kind of big. In a couple of the pictures you can see a woodfiller was used but it just looks wierd.

is there any way of repairing these?

About all you can do is either stain/paint the filler to more closely match the rest of the floor or replace the boards in question.

Have you had the house treated?
Those bad pieces can be cutout and replaced.
You make two cut along the length about 1" apart.
Use an oscillating on the ends to finish the cut.
Remove that section.
Use A wood chisel and tap what's left toward the cut out area.
Remove the nails.
Cut a new piece to length and off cut tongue.
Apply some construction adhesive on the subfloor and tap the new piece in place.
Use a few long finish nails in predrilled holes to hold in place.
The new pieces are going to be thicker and will need to be sanded.
