Which transition for front door declining threshold?

Hello everyone, we are starting the downstairs of our project and the flooring store said to start at the front door. My question is which transition piece should we use at the front door? The threshold is an aluminum one that declines/slants downward into the existing tile floor (see picture). Also, should we undercut the door jams there and remove the baseboard to run it along the wall?

Thank you!Name: 20140211_084010.jpg

What are you putting in for a floor?
Please me it's not laminate over that tile.
In your case it will look far better if you removed the baseboards and under cut the casings.
May have to custom make a transition strip since you have an out open door with that rounded threshold.

Hi, yes it's a laminate. 12mm from Lumber Liquidators. The folks at the store and the installers we received quotes from said it was okay to install over tile. Is that a problem to worry about?
