Can use some advise on flooring products

Talking Can use some advise on flooring products

We would like to put in some click and lock flooring and would like to know which wood flooring is scratch resistant and a long wear life. We have English Mastiff dogs with large nails and probly require a good quality product. Thank you for any advise.....Steve

Any of the name brand floors should be OK (Armstrong, Tarket, Bruce, etc...). I have an an Armstong floating floor in the kitchen (since about 2006). We have a large dog that I love to tease and make him run and slide on the floor. We hardly ever cut his nails. Floor looks as good as the day I installed it. The new floors now days can take a real beating. The real enemy of the floor is standing water. Never let water get into the seams. Wet washing is OK but just wipe it up soon.

Thanx for your input. Glad to hear someone else has a large dog and seems to be ok on you floor. That was my main concern. Thank You.
