floor bouncing while stepping on it. Addition.

I bought my house couple of years ago. There is a section that use to be a balcony, but the previous owner closed it, they put siding and windows. The problem is everytime on that section to open the windows the floor bounce while I'm walking on it. It feels like its about to break. I look under that area on the first floor and everything seems solid.
The area that is bouncing (the addition conversion from balcony) is about 10ft long by 2feet wide.

Should I break part of the hardwood floor and see whats going on down there? what can this be?

We can't see what you see so maybe at the least you could include pictures or at least a description of the framing and the direction joists run, along with their size and span.

Bouncy floors are usually the result of undersized or overspanned lumber. Occasionally someone will remove a wall they shouldn't have. Also, framing standards back then are certainly not up to the codes of today.
