Yellow Pine Filler?

Hi, I am planning on resanding my wood floors. I've had several people identify them as yellow pine. I know there is one company I've seen on the net that specifically sells yellow pine filler but with what they wanted to charge for shipping, seemed too much. Where can I find a filler that will be comparable enough in color? Thanks for your help!

I've just used whatever wood filler I had that was close in color or I take saw dust and mix it with a little wood glue to form a thick past and use it as filler.

How wide are the areas you need to fill? Usually if you plan to use an oil base poly, joint compound works well with pine. It also works well with most stains if the strip of filler isn't too wide.
