Trim Not Holding

I had an installer install laminate flooring. He did a nice job on the floor. But the trim is a mess. It's not sticking to the floor.

Is there an adhesive that is used?

Yeah, need pictures. Are you speaking of transition pieces, or actual wall trim molding?

Shoe mold is supposed to be fastened to the wall. Since the floor contracts and expands, the trim won't stay on.
