12mm vs. 15mm Laminate??

Basically what it says. I'm torn, I either go for a 15mm 4 1/4" plank, OR a 12mm 6" (or 7 1/2") plank with handscraping/distressing.

So, go for the thicker floor or a wider plank and texture??

the price point is the same.

Thoughts??

Welcome to the forums! The thicker the flooring the more substantial feeling it will be, and narrower boards will cup less likely than the wider ones will. CAVEAT: Laminate is laminate. It will be just a subject to water and moisture damage as the 68 cent laminate, and it won't be refinishable after it wears or scratches like engineered or standard flooring would.
