T molding not even

T molding not even

i was installing tmolding and my new floor is about 1/4 inch higher than the tile floor its butting up against. so the t molding is uneven. is it noraml to have a little unevenness? what are some suggestios you guys would have . thanksName:  do it your.jpg

You likely need to cut or plane a bevel on the bottom portion of the T-moulding (the part that would be sitting on the subfloor). If it's too tall, it will never sit flat on both sides.

I think you can still buy offset T molding.

Can not use a Tee molding there, need something like this.
