Trying to match hardwood flooring

There are a couple of rooms in our house that don't have the same flooring as the rest. This flooring was under old nasty carpet when we moved in. It is 2 1/4 by 3/4. We are planning on refinishing them. I think it may be original hardwood floors? House built in 1953 in Florida. Anyways we want to find some unfinished flooring so when we refinish the entire house everything matches. Planning on doing this over the next few months. Anyone want to take a stab as to what type of wood flooring this is? Ill upload pictures now.

Just looks like white oak to me.
May be able to find prefinished hardwood to match.
That's one job I'll hire out if you want to refinish.
By the time you rent all the equipment, get through the learning curve, buy all the sanding pads, sealer, a pro could have been done and gone with less mess long ago, and end up costing about the same amount.

Looks like a match to Bruce 2 1/4" red oak. We just laid two bedrooms to match the hallway, and it matched perfectly. One thing to remember, though if the new lumber is 1/32" narrower or wider than the old, in 8 boards you will be off nearly 1/4" if trying to match it up end to end. It won't work. I always put a breadboard between two rooms to divide them and allow the flooring to do its thing.
